Mentor to Impact creates scalable solutions for the green transition
Jobmarkets across the globe are undergoing rapid changes, the lack of competencies and labor is one of the biggest barriers for the green transition. This demands new skills in order to reach reduction targets and accelerate the green transition. The time is now, to work strategically and create the jobmarkets of the future.
Mentor to Impact works to secure a green transition by exchanging know-how, skills and labor force between countries, regions and organizations.
What we do:
We establish collaborations across fields to accelerate the green transition. Our ambition is to create scalable solutions that will spread across countries and sectors. This demands powerful corporations and interdisciplinary approaches. We create partnerships between educational institutions, organizations and authorities, and work with a holistic approach in order to anchor the projects.
At Mentor to Impact we facilitate and pave the way for collaborations between work communities and alliances across countries, organizations, companies, institutions, cities, authorities, people, age, religion, gender and ethnicities, with the purpose to accelerate the green transition. Always.
Why we do it:
A greener future demands cooperations between civil society, companies and politicians. We are very concerned about the global tendencies to downscale ambitions in regards to climate solutions and goals to reduce emissions. Our mission is to mobilize populations across countries to take part in the green transition and prepare the labor force with skills and empowerment, and believe ownership is the only way forward for a successful transition.
The only way for a green transition, is to enable people with the right tools to take active part in the development on a global scale.
How we do it:
We establish diverse spectrums of projects in Denmark, in Europe and globally. We assemble partners across sectors and facilitate a dialogue on ways to shape a greener job market for the future.
We are currently working on:
- Developing new green curriculums with our partners for vocational education and training in the Czech Republic in The Green Transition Academy as part of the Europe program.
- Shaping new models for developing competencies for circular economy strategies in India in The Green Skills Alliance as part of the Global program.
- Developing new strategies for a greener future with The Quadrature Climate Foundation as part of the Global program.
